Just down the street from Manatee Memorial Hospital in Bradenton, FL is Bay Area Mohs Surgery & Dermatology which specializes in skin cancers and mohs treatment. When Dr. Jennifer Berkes opened her practice, she wanted to create a nurturing environment for her patients with scenes and elements from nature.

Most of Dr. Berkes' patients have a lot of anxiety and fear of the unknown when they hear the word "cancer". When they enter her exam rooms, they feel a sense of calmness and their stress levels start to subside. She has also received positive feedback from patients, visitors, staff, and physicians.
