First
impressions go a long way for any business. To put their
best foot forward, Simi Surgery Center opened with the
Original Sereneview® Tranquility curtains in their pre
and post-op areas and recently exchanged them with the
new Designer Series curtains. In addition, Scenic Overheads
were installed in the overhead light fixtures, including
the GI Lab.
I
do not remember how I found Sereneview, I am just glad
I did! During our open house and holiday party,
I heard repeatedly how much everyone loved the beautiful
garden scene. The patients and families always comment
on how relaxed they are and appreciate
the special detail.
They also comment
how nice it is and do not feel like they are in a hospital.
We are an ambulatory center, but it is still nice having
surgery in a pretty
place. The quality of the fabric really helps
with privacy — you cannot see through the fabric —
and it reduces sound.
Being the person in charge of setting up the center
and spending our capital money, I really wanted to
make sure the money was not wasted. I did not want
to have to tell the shareholders that I had to repurchase
new curtains because the curtains did not provide
the kind of privacy we expected.
The quality really shows through and
the customer service was outstanding. I was uncertain
at first, but you sent me a curtain panel so I could
feel it, see it in person, and ask others in the medical
field what they thought of the curtain. Everyone that
saw the curtain just loved it. I feel the money that
was spent was worth every dime.
