Making Rehab More Interesting

Jean Layton was looking for a theme to use for a make-over of the Rehabilitation Gym at St Vincent's Hospital Manhattan. She found Sereneview® curtains on the web late one night and knew that was exactly what she was looking for.

She convinced her Board that a beach theme would work for her patient's as a quiet distraction while they were going through rehabilitation for stroke-related after-effects. Jean enlisted the help of Ruele Wallace to paint the wall murals of his home in Puerto Rico. Ruele used the Tropical Breeze curtain as his guide to paint his murals.

The make-over was an instant success with everyone. It even made the hospital newsletter as an example of staff dedication to patients care and well-being.

Below are some of the areas that have Sereneview® curtains installed. Click on the photo to view a 360 degree interactive photo. You will need to have Flash® installed to view.
