Jean Layton was looking
for a theme to use for a make-over of the Rehabilitation Gym
at St Vincent's Hospital Manhattan. She found Sereneview® curtains
on the web late one night and knew that was exactly what she
was looking for.
She convinced her Board that a beach theme
would work for her patient's as a quiet distraction while they
were going through rehabilitation for stroke-related after-effects.
Jean enlisted the help of Ruele Wallace to paint the wall murals
of his home in Puerto Rico. Ruele used the Tropical
Breeze curtain
as his guide to paint his murals.
The make-over was an instant success with everyone. It even
made the hospital newsletter as an example of staff dedication
to patients care and well-being.
